What Affects the Price of an Acrylic Trophy?
Custom acrylic is usually cheaper than crystal or glass at the same size, and it can be formed and printed in full colour — which crystal cannot do. A 5 mm flat plaque costs less than a 50 mm solid block with the same footprint, and a single-piece flat award costs less than a multi-part trophy on a custom base. Clear acrylic is the base price; coloured, frosted, mirrored and black sheet all cost more. Laser engraving on a flat face is the most economical way to add branding; UV printing and hot stamping add cost. Unit cost falls as quantity rises — 500 pieces costs less per piece than 100.

Send us your design
Send dimensions, layout, material, colour and any accessory requirements — or upload a sketch, CAD file or reference photo. Once the plan and quotation are confirmed, your order enters the production schedule.
Approve the sample
We build a production sample for your review. Sample costs are paid separately and are not counted against the production order. You see the award before we run the batch — a transparent process with clear costs.
Receive your order
Every piece is inspected, cleaned and packed before it ships to your address. Check the packaging and the awards on arrival and, if anything is wrong, we will sort it out quickly.

Can you customise the logo, text and graphics on an acrylic award?
Yes. We offer laser engraving and UV full-colour printing. Send us your logo, name, citation wording and artwork and we will build it to your file. Free-form shapes can be cut to match.
What is the minimum order quantity — can I order just one sample?
A single sample can be made to order. There is no enforced minimum on bulk orders, and unit price improves as quantity rises — which suits corporate awards, competitions and smaller school orders alike.
Will the award break in transit, and what happens if it does?
Each piece is wrapped in EPE foam and packed in a rigid carton to reduce transit risk. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will remake and reship it free of charge.
What processes are available?

Can awards be made in different sizes, and are there standard sizes?
