We charge a reasonable sampling fee, with shipping costs covered by the customer. The standard lead time for samples is 3–5 working days. Once your subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed-upon quantity, the sample fee can be credited back toward your final bulk payment.
What is the production lead time and available shipping options?
The standard lead time for bulk production is 15–30 days. For complex designs or exceptionally large orders, the timeline will be negotiated separately. We offer multiple shipping solutions including international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight, and sea freight. We support trade terms such as EXW and FOB, and can also assist in arranging Door-to-Door (DDP) delivery.

What are your payment terms and after-sales policy for defective items?
Our primary payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer); PayPal is accepted for sample orders. Custom products are manufactured strictly based on confirmed drawings and samples. For defects not caused by the customer's design, we take full responsibility for rework or replacement. Please note that no-cost re-manufacturing is not supported for errors resulting from client drawing changes or confirmation oversights.
