How a Small Workshop Became Your Most Reliable Supplier
If you've sourced from overseas before, you know the pain — slow replies, vague answers, and suppliers who vanish the moment payment clears.
We started Wetop in 2008 with a decision: be the manufacturer buyers can actually rely on. One laser cutter, five people, a 350 m² workshop. Not much to look at — but we picked up every message, gave straight answers, and when we said 20 days, we meant 20 days.
Clients noticed. They stuck around. They told their partners. Many of those first clients are still ordering today.
Along the way, one laser cutter became eight. We added CNC cutting, diamond polishing, thermoforming, UV printing, and full assembly — all under one roof.
That 350 m² workshop is now a 5,000 m² ISO 9001-certified facility with 65+ skilled workers.
After 2,000+ custom projects across retail displays, display cases, trays, and more — chances are, whatever you need, we've built something like it before.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Longyi Acrylic produce?
Longyi Acrylic manufactures custom heat-bent acrylic shapes, display cases, stands, boxes, frames, trays, organizers, awards, blocks, and decorative items. We are a B2B manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China, serving buyers in over 25 countries. Standard production starts at 100 units per design; paid pre-production samples are handled separately.
How do you charge for samples, and can the fee be refunded?
We charge a reasonable sampling fee, with shipping costs covered by the customer. The standard lead time for samples is 3–5 working days. Once your subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed-upon quantity, the sample fee can be credited back toward your final bulk payment.
What is the production lead time and available shipping options?
The standard lead time for bulk production is 15–30 days. For complex designs or exceptionally large orders, the timeline will be negotiated separately. We offer multiple shipping solutions including international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight, and sea freight. We support trade terms such as EXW and FOB, and can also assist in arranging Door-to-Door (DDP) delivery.
Which file formats should I submit? Do you provide design assistance?
We prefer vector files in PDF, CDR, CAD, DXF, or STEP formats. Our team can provide basic drawing support and size adjustments. For complex 3D structural design, please contact us for deeper technical consultation.
How are products packaged to prevent scratches or damage during shipping?
Protective films are kept on the acrylic sheets throughout the entire process. Finished products are wrapped in EPE foam and secured in standard export-grade wooden crates. Every order undergoes 100% inspection before shipment. In the rare event of transit damage, please provide clear photos, and we will negotiate a replacement or corresponding solution immediately.
What are your payment terms and after-sales policy for defective items?
Our primary payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer); PayPal is accepted for sample orders. Custom products are manufactured strictly based on confirmed drawings and samples. For defects not caused by the customer's design, we take full responsibility for rework or replacement. Please note that no-cost re-manufacturing is not supported for errors resulting from client drawing changes or confirmation oversights.
You don't need to know all ten
steps. We do.
Send your design, sketch, or just dimensions and a reference photo. We'll match the right combination of cutting, polishing, forming, and finishing — and explain what we picked.
