You send us a CAD file, sketch, or reference photo. Our engineering team reviews the design for manufacturability — checking tolerances, material suitability, and structural integrity.
Engineering & Planning
We create production drawings, select the optimal manufacturing sequence, and choose the right equipment for each operation. You receive a detailed quote with material, process, and timeline breakdown.
Material Preparation
We source acrylic sheets from certified suppliers — clear, colored, frosted, mirrored, or anti-static — in the exact thickness and grade your design requires.
Cutting
Panels are cut to precise dimensions using laser cutters (for detailed flat cuts up to 25mm) or CNC routers. Our machines hold tolerances within ±0.1mm.
Shaping & Forming
Flat panels are bent, thermoformed, or machined into 3D shapes. Bending uses controlled heat to create precise angles. Thermoforming presses heated acrylic over molds for curved surfaces.
Edge Finishing
Every product gets diamond polishing as standard — crystal-clear, optically transparent edges. Flame polishing is used on specific edges where structure requires it.
Printing & Branding
Your logo, graphics, or full-color artwork is applied using silk-screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping, or laser engraving — depending on the design effect you need.
Assembly & Bonding
Multi-part products are assembled using solvent bonding (which chemically fuses acrylic for an invisible joint) or mechanical fasteners. Assembled pieces are clamped and cured for maximum bond strength.
Quality Inspection
Every finished product passes 100% inspection — not spot checks. We check dimensions against your approved sample, inspect surface quality, verify print alignment, and test assembly integrity.
Packaging & Shipping
Every finished product is wrapped in protective film, then packed in custom foam inserts and reinforced cartons. Bulk orders use palletized packaging for freight.

How do you charge for samples, and can the fee be refunded?
We charge a reasonable sampling fee, with shipping costs covered by the customer. The standard lead time for samples is 3–5 working days. Once your subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed-upon quantity, the sample fee can be credited back toward your final bulk payment.
What is the production lead time and available shipping options?
The standard lead time for bulk production is 15–30 days. For complex designs or exceptionally large orders, the timeline will be negotiated separately. We offer multiple shipping solutions including international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight, and sea freight. We support trade terms such as EXW and FOB, and can also assist in arranging Door-to-Door (DDP) delivery.
Which file formats should I submit? Do you provide design assistance?
We prefer vector files in PDF, CDR, CAD, DXF, or STEP formats. Our team can provide basic drawing support and size adjustments. For complex 3D structural design, please contact us for deeper technical consultation.
How are products packaged to prevent scratches or damage during shipping?
Protective films are kept on the acrylic sheets throughout the entire process. Finished products are wrapped in EPE foam and secured in standard export-grade wooden crates. Every order undergoes 100% inspection before shipment. In the rare event of transit damage, please provide clear photos, and we will negotiate a replacement or corresponding solution immediately.
What are your payment terms and after-sales policy for defective items?
Our primary payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer); PayPal is accepted for sample orders. Custom products are manufactured strictly based on confirmed drawings and samples. For defects not caused by the customer's design, we take full responsibility for rework or replacement. Please note that no-cost re-manufacturing is not supported for errors resulting from client drawing changes or confirmation oversights.
