Damage-Free Transportation & Packaging System
Ensuring every custom acrylic product arrives perfectly intact, regardless of distance or shipping method.
Acrylic Damage-Free Transportation Packaging System
Acrylic products are transparent, beautiful, and premium, widely used in display props, signage, and craft ornaments. However, the material is relatively brittle, and its surface is highly prone to scratches, with corners easily chipping during transit. Vibrations, stacking, violent sorting, and long-distance transshipment in logistics can easily cause scratches, missing corners, cracks, and deformation.
To thoroughly solve customers' concerns about transport damage, we have established a complete, standardized damage-free transportation packaging system. From surface protection, corner reinforcement, inner layer cushioning, to outer box reinforcement and wooden frame reinforcement, we provide layered protection that comprehensively resists all kinds of logistics risks, ensuring every custom acrylic product arrives intact.
Core Reasons for Acrylic Damage During Transport
Surfaces are prone to friction and scratching, corners are easily chipped by impact, entire sheets can crack under extrusion, and printed/frosted surfaces are prone to wear and peeling. These are the core focus points of our packaging protection.
Before packaging, we comprehensively formulate our protective strategy based on these specific vulnerabilities of acrylic products.
Our Full Damage-Free Packaging Process
NO.1 Comprehensive Cleaning
Before packaging, we thoroughly clean the acrylic products to remove surface dust and stains, then proceed with packaging to deliver them to you in a pristine and flawless condition.
NO.2 Protective Film Sealing
After cleaning, we carefully wrap the panels with special protective film. Once the products are cleaned, the protective film is sealed over them to prevent scratches and dust contamination during transportation, ensuring the acrylic surface remains perfect and bright.
NO.3 Buffer and Shock Absorption
We use reinforced pearl cotton wrapping and multiple layers of cushioning protection to absorb shocks and reduce impact during transit. This soft padding absorbs impact and vibration, protecting the acrylic products from damage.
NO.4 Reinforced Wooden Crate Packing
Finally, the products are packed into custom reinforced wooden crates. High-strength wooden structures resist compression and impact, guarding long-distance transport. This solid outer crate prevents tipping and rough handling, ensuring safe transit from our factory to your location.
Layered Protection for Different Product Types
The bubble wrap packaging adopts a layered design. The first layer protects the surface, the second layer protects edges and corners, and the third layer secures the products inside the box. The outer box prevents stacking pressure and impact.
| Product Types | Main Risks | Recommended Packing Methods |
|---|---|---|
| Flat Panels | Scratches and bending | Protective film, PE bags, flat paper boxes |
| Display Stands | Corner chipping | Foam corners and inner boxes |
| Acrylic Boxes | Glue joint damage | Individual paper boxes and fillers |
| Counter Displays | Pressure on top | Fixed internal support |
| Printed Displays | Signage wear | Soft surface separation |
| Large Display Screens | Panel compression | Heavy-duty export paper boxes |
Triple Strict Quality Control Standards Before Shipment
- Check if the protective film is intact and whether there are any scratches on the surface.
- Check if the corner protectors and pearl cotton are tightly fitted with no gaps.
- Check if the paper boxes and wooden frames are secure, and clearly label with fragile/this-way-up tags.
Our Transportation Guarantee Advantages

- Zero-Damage Guarantee: Effectively reduces product damage rates to almost zero, saving customers after-sales costs and time.
Most acrylic transport damage stems from irregular packaging. We abandon simple packing methods and adopt a standardized, damage-free transportation system with layered protection and targeted reinforcement. Whether it's short-distance express, long-distance freight, cross-border sea freight, or air freight, we guarantee flawless appearance and intact details, perfectly delivering every custom acrylic product.
Safe acrylic packaging relies on surface protection, corner protection, proper separation, sturdy cartons, fixed internal structures, and pre-transport inspection. Longyi Display supports custom acrylic display products, providing processing and packaging solutions to meet export order requirements. Reliable packaging helps reduce damage, protects polished surfaces, and enables acrylic products to smoothly enter retail displays.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is acrylic easy to break during transport? What if it gets damaged?
Acrylic is more resilient than glass, but it is still vulnerable to strong impacts. Our reinforced packaging significantly reduces the probability of damage. Please inspect the items before signing for delivery; if there is damage, immediately take photos of the product, outer box, and packaging and send them to us. We will quickly negotiate a compensation solution. It is very difficult to determine logistics liability if damage is reported after signing.
2. When should I remove the protective film after receiving the goods?
We recommend keeping the protective film on until all installation is complete. The protective film is a factory-level protective layer that continuously protects the surface during handling and installation. Removing it early can easily cause scratches on site.
3. Do you deliver to my door or the port? Can you help arrange logistics?
The default is factory delivery (EXW). We can assist in arranging sea/air freight and support delivery to the port or door-to-door (DDP/DDU). Freight charges are quoted separately.
4. What do customers need to prepare for lifting/unloading large acrylic products?
Large wooden crates are quite heavy. Please prepare forklifts, lifting equipment, and sufficient unloading space at the receiving address in advance to avoid squeezing or colliding with the products during unloading.
