Multiple layers of protection are applied.
PE protective film is pre-applied to the panel surfaces. Finished products are further wrapped in full-coverage EPE pearl cotton, with corner guards installed on all edges. Inside the carton, cushioning foam fills the voids, isolating products from each other to completely prevent friction and impact, thus minimizing scratches during transport.
Yes, it is designed for long-haul transport.
We use thickened 5-layer corrugated outer cartons combined with an internal cushioning structure. The packaging strength meets the demands of international express air freight and long-distance ocean shipping, withstanding repeated transshipment and stacking during loading/unloading. If you have special moisture-proof requirements for sea freight, we can add additional moisture-proof film.
Yes, we provide full label customization.
Please provide your complete shipping mark details (text, LOGO, dimensions, and placement instructions). We will produce the labels according to your specifications and affix them to the boxes before shipment. We also accept PDF files of your shipping marks if you prefer us to print them directly.
We offer two delivery options:
① Fully assembled shipment: The factory completes all assembly and testing. The client receives the product ready for immediate use.
② Knocked-down (KD) shipment: Products are split into parts to save shipping costs and reduce breakage risks. We provide easy-to-follow assembly instructions and necessary accessories for the client to assemble.
