    Materials & Sheets

    Materials & Sheets

We use 100% virgin cast acrylic sheets, never recycled materials. They have fewer bubbles, higher transparency, and resist yellowing. SGS and RoHS reports can be provided to meet cross-border export compliance.

Yes, standard industry tolerances apply: ±0.2-0.3mm for thin sheets and ±0.3-0.5mm for thick sheets. We will inform you of the actual thickness before ordering. For load-bearing parts, thicker sheets are prioritized to minimize tolerance impact.

Virgin outdoor-grade acrylic resists UV rays and typically does not yellow for 5-8 years indoors. Standard sheets may gradually yellow under prolonged sunlight; we recommend UV-resistant sheets for outdoor use.

Frosted can be native or surface-sanded; mirror acrylic has an aluminum film on the back; glitter is embedded during casting. For mirror sheets, the back protective film must not be removed, as scratching it ruins the product.

Virgin acrylic has almost no pungent smell and meets simple food-contact standards. It is not recommended for prolonged storage of high-temperature or highly acidic/alkaline foods, but it's perfectly safe for display and storage.

There may be slight color variations between different batches. We try to use the same batch for bulk orders. For strict color requirements, we highly recommend confirming with a sample first.

    Processing & Craftsmanship

    Processing & Craftsmanship

We support laser cutting, CNC milling, laser engraving, UV printing, heat bending, drilling/tapping, hot stamping, and adhesive application. Complex shapes and 3D bends are possible, but some special processes have MOQ requirements.

Laser-cut edges on virgin acrylic are smooth and clear, with slight fine lines being normal. Thick sheets undergo flame polishing for clarity. Black and dark sheets are more prone to slight scorch marks than transparent ones.

UV ink is cured onto the acrylic surface, making it wear-resistant for normal indoor use. Prolonged outdoor sunlight can cause fading; we recommend protective film for outdoor use. Do not scrub the printed surface with steel wool.

Very slight heating marks are normal in the process. Standard curvatures are controlled, but for irregular complex bends, we recommend confirming via sample first. Thinner sheets achieve smoother curves.

With proper hole sizes and low speeds, cracks won't occur. We don't recommend tapping thin acrylic; through-holes with nuts are better. Thick sheets can be tapped, but never force screws to avoid cracking.

We support hot stamping, ideal for simple blocks and text. Complex fine patterns are not suitable; for fine details, UV printing is preferred. There are minimum line thickness restrictions for stamping.

    Drawings & Sampling

    Drawings & Sampling

CAD, AI, CDR, DXF vector files are preferred. JPG/PNG can be used, but requires redrawing, affecting detail based on original clarity. Blurry images cannot restore fine details.

Simple layout and size adjustments are free. Original complex structural design and modeling require a design fee. Production starts after you approve the final design.

Yes, sampling fees depend on size and process. Sampling takes 3-7 working days. When bulk orders reach a certain quantity, a portion of the sampling fee can be refunded as agreed.

After sample confirmation, changing dimensions, patterns, or structure is a new plan and may incur redrawing and re-sampling fees. Please finalize all details during the sampling stage.

Yes, if material hasn't been cut. Once cutting is complete, changes can't be made. Please confirm drawings as soon as possible after ordering to avoid delays.

If it's our processing error, we redo it for free. If it's due to design errors you confirmed, the client bears the cost. Please check and compare photos upon receipt.

    Pricing, MOQ & Delivery

    Pricing, MOQ & Delivery

We support small batch customization including 1 piece. Unit prices are lower for larger quantities; small orders incur a processing fee, so single unit costs are higher.

Pricing is based on material cost + cutting + processes + loss. It depends on thickness, size, process complexity, and quantity. Provide these details for an exact quote.

We provide formal quotations and PI. Default prices exclude tax and freight. Additional tax points apply if invoices are required.

Customized products require a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. Cross-border clients can use T/T and other international payment methods.

Simple cutting/engraving: 2-4 working days. Complex UV printing/heat bending: 5-10 working days. Peak season may extend lead times; confirm exact schedules before ordering.

The larger the quantity, the lower the processing cost per unit. We offer tiered pricing; provide your target quantity to receive the corresponding price bracket.

    Packaging, Shipping & After-sales

    Packaging, Shipping & After-sales

Protective films remain on both sides, with corner protectors, EPE foam, and rigid cartons. Large items use wooden frames. Acrylic is more flexible than glass but still needs careful handling.

Inspect goods upon delivery. If transit damage occurs, provide photos and we will resend free of charge. Damage reported after signing cannot be attributed to transit and is outside coverage.

We provide export-standard packaging to reduce volume and weight. Light items suit air freight; heavy items suit sea freight. Neutral packaging without logos is available upon request.

Quotes exclude freight. Freight is based on weight, volume, and destination. We can ship domestically; cross-border clients can use their designated forwarders for pickup.

Peel off slowly at room temperature. In cold weather the film may stick; don't scratch it off. Do not apply heat, as it can damage the acrylic surface.

We proactively communicate delays caused by our production. Logistics delays are a third-party risk; we assist with tracking but do not cover logistics compensation.

    Usage, Installation & Issues

    Usage, Installation & Issues

Use a soft cloth and clean water. Never use steel wool, alcohol, acetone, or banana oil, as organic solvents will corrode the surface and cause whitening or cracks.

UV glue provides the best bond for acrylic. Standard 502 glue causes whitening and poor appearance; we don't recommend it. Our factory can pre-glue for large batches.

Yes, use acrylic-specific tape. Long-term use may leave residue when removed. Avoid sticking to painted or fragile surfaces, as removal may damage the surface.

Thermal deformation occurs around 70-80°C; keep away from open flames. Standard acrylic ages and yellows under prolonged sunlight; use UV-resistant sheets for outdoor use.

Thickness determines load capacity. Thin sheets are for light items; choose 5mm or above for heavy items. Inform us for suspended structures so we can optimize design.

We try to use the same material parameters, but slight color differences exist between batches. For old order repeats, providing a previous sample is the best way to ensure accurate reproduction.
