Custom Heat-Bent Acrylic Products

Molded to Your Dimensions, Fully Customizable.

Longyi specializes in custom heat-bent acrylic processing. Utilizing high-temperature integrated molding with organic glass, we soften the acrylic sheets, shape them via molds, and allow natural cooling to solidify. Combined with subsequent processes such as edge trimming, polishing, and adhesive bonding, we deliver finished products in one step.

We can achieve single-curvature, double-curvature, irregular curved surfaces, and continuous bending shapes. The finished pieces have smooth arcs and are highly resistant to rebound. Ideal for commercial displays, curved storage boxes for home goods, curved light boxes for advertising signs, protective covers for precision equipment, and curved display covers for cultural and creative products. We custom-manufacture various U-shaped bend parts, L-shaped angle parts, arc edge wrapping, cylindrical half-arcs, multi-angle continuous hot bending, and irregular curved acrylic structural components.

Why Choose Acrylic for Displays?

Acrylic (PMMA) is the standard material for retail and commercial displays. It combines glass-like clarity with half the weight, 17x the impact resistance, and significantly lower cost. Unlike glass, acrylic can be laser cut, CNC machined, and thermoformed to create complex custom shapes—perfect for branded custom displays.

Acrylic, Polycarbonate, and Glass — Respective Drawbacks

The three most compared transparent display sheet materials are acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), and glass. Each has different failure modes. Polycarbonate offers higher impact resistance but scratches easily and yellows under UV exposure after 2-3 years, tarnishing the brand surface. Glass remains transparent but is heavy, shatters easily upon impact, and increases freight and breakage risks for export orders. Acrylic maintains clarity indoors for 5+ years, is shatter-resistant, and weighs about 50% less than glass. Furthermore, it can be precisely cut and molded by CNC machines to form custom shapes—making it the default material for retail and popular displays.

What Factors Influence Display Stand Pricing?

The price of an acrylic display stand depends on six factors: dimensions and thickness, quantity, materials, surface finishing, structural design, and packaging. We do not publish fixed prices because every display is custom-made—the following are the cost drivers to help you plan your budget.

Dimensions & Thickness

Larger and thicker acrylic stands require more material. A 3mm countertop stand is cheaper than a 10mm floor-standing display of the same size.

Order Quantity

As order volume increases, the unit price drops significantly. The price per piece at 500 units is much cheaper than at 100 units.

Material Type

Clear acrylic is the standard price. Fees are higher for colored, frosted, mirrored, and anti-static materials.

Finishing & Branding

UV printing and hot stamping increase costs. Every display stand comes standard with diamond polishing.

Structural Complexity

Single-piece designs are simpler and cost less. Multi-component stands with LED lights, hardware, and moving parts carry higher component costs.

Packaging & Shipping

Includes standard bulk packaging. Retail packaging, individual wrapping, or branded inner pages add to the cost. Shipping methods (FOB, CIF, DDP) also affect your landed price.
